Digitization of Finance Department process in a Navaratna company
The goal of this
project was to digitize all the activities of the finance department to minimize manual intervention
in the activities of finance department and to automate all the processes as much as possible. We
have achieved 95%
overall automation and reduced manual intervention by 99%. This has resulted in lower turn around
time with zero error in processing.
Oracle database support in Govt. of India, Tax department
As part of digitization
drive of the state governments, we have been part of automation and digitization of various
healthcare processes for several state governments. Some of the activities that have been
automated are Mother & Childcare, Vaccination, Hospital queue management, Hospital bed
management etc.

Legacy Application Migration & Support, Oracle & Web-logic Migration in a Govt. Sector energy
company
Government sector companies have been using IT products and services
that have become obsolete and out of support of the OEM's and this has resulted in repeated
failure and high downtimes. We have worked to maintain the legacy application so that business
can continue to operate while getting prepared for migration to newer technologies. We have also
planned and executed migration to new technology
Web & Mobile Application development for Health dept. of several states
This is an
ongoing project which started with an objective to ensure application availability and reduce
downtime by performing proper maintenance and management of the Oracle databases, which is the
most crucial piece of the entire system. We have achieved 99.99% availability by ensuring timely
patching, upgradation and administration of the databases thus ensuring no downtime of the
application during critical business hours.
